In My Mailbox (3)

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren.

Today I'm not really posting it at this moment, because I went to the beach. So, at this moment I must be with my friends. Anyway, I programed it to be posted. I don't have much time to write it, because I need to go to bed and wake up early tomorrow, but you know I love this blog and I don't to get him - the blog - sad. I know he'll miss me. Finally, what I have to say is: I got two books this week from the exchange.

Frostbite (Vampire Academy #2) (2008)
Author: Richelle Mead
Publisher: Razorbill
Pages: 336 (Paperback)
Cover: United States
Rose loves Dimitri, Dimitri might love Tasha, and Mason would die to be with Rose...

It's winter break at St. Vladimir's, but Rose is feeling anything but festive. A massive Strigoi attack has put the school on high alert, and now the Academy's crawling with Guardians--including Rose's hard-hitting mother, Janine Hathaway. And if hand to- hand combat with her mom wasn't bad enough, Rose's tutor Dimitri has his eye on someone else, her friend Mason's got a huge crush on her, and Rose keeps getting stuck in Lissa's head while she's making out with her boyfriend, Christian! The Strigoi are closing in, and the Academy's not taking any risks... This year, St. Vlad's annual holiday ski trip is mandatory.

But the glittering winter landscape and the posh Idaho resort only create the illusion of safety. When three friends run away in an offensive move against the deadly Strigoi, Rose must join forces with Christian to rescue them. But heroism rarely comes without a price...

  1. I read Vampire Academy like a month ago, still haven't started Frostbite though. I Am the Messenger sounds good too. I also really need to read The Book Thief since I keep hearing how good it is.

  2. I've never actually gotten the chance to read Vampire Academy. I mean, it looks good, but not something I'd spend money on. Books are so expensive. And the library never has it. Hmmm... Well, I'll read it eventually. LOL
    Happy Reading!
